It’s happened to almost everyone, the moment when Siri – accidentally activated by a misinterpreted voice command – decides to interrupt a conversation, usually to say she/he doesn’t understand what you mean.

For most of us, though, it doesn’t happen on live TV, and it doesn’t involve correcting something we’ve said is going to happen in a report.

This exact thing happened to Tomasz Schafernaker while he was attempting to explain the upcoming weather in Minneapolis and Denver, US.

It appears the “raise to listen” feature on his Apple Watch was enabled, causing the confusion.
