If you own stocks, or simply like to follow the financial markets, the Stocks app is immensely useful. It provides up-to-the-minute news and information on share prices and global markets.
Siri integrates with Stocks very well, so there is no need to keep manually opening the app so you can navigate to the information you need.
How to open the Stocks app
To open the Stocks app to see an overview of the stocks you are following, say:
Hey Siri, open Stocks
If your device is currently locked, you’ll be prompted to unlock it.
How to find specific stock prices
To check a specific stock price, simply say “Check” followed by the stock name. For example:
Hey Siri, check Dow Jones
Hey Siri, check Apple stock
Siri will dutifully display the latest information on the stock or market requested, as well as give further useful information via voice feedback, such as closing bell values.
Tapping on the screen will open up the same information in the Stocks app, allowing you to dive further into the latest data.
Further useful commands are (where name is the name of the stock):

Hey Siri, compare *name* with *name*
Hey Siri, what did *name* close at today?
